Et Al Designs does not sell customer information. We’ll contact you ourselves when we’ve got news or something special to tell you about, but your information will not be made available to third parties.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All orders are charged in US Dollars.
We’ll ship your order within three days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation by email when we process your order (items and charges only - no credit card information will be sent). Your credit card will not be billed until your order ships.
We charge sales tax for all orders shipped to a California address. There is no sales tax on orders to other states.
Our standard shipping method is by UPS Ground. If you need it faster, you have the option to select Two-Day Delivery. You'll see your shipping costs when you order so will know exactly what you'll pay.
Want to send an order to a friend? Just tell us their name and shipping address when you order, and we’ll send it right to them. Write a message and we’ll send along a gift card so they know it’s from you.
